REFUND POLICIES

Overview

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our research products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering errors, or improper handling after delivery.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions.

Verified Fulfillment Error

If an incorrect item was shipped due to a packing or fulfillment mistake on our end.

Damaged or Defective Shipment

If a product arrives damaged or compromised during shipping, the issue must be reported with supporting evidence.

Purity Guarantee

If a product is confirmed to not meet the stated 99%+ purity standard based on independent verification, a refund may be issued.


Reporting Issues

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Order details

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence (if applicable)


Investigation Process

Once a claim is received, it will be reviewed internally. If necessary, verification may be conducted with shipping carriers or testing documentation.

Approved claims will be processed accordingly.


Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing times may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the financial institution.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect ordering by customer

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Failure to follow product instructions or guidelines

  • Seizure or delays outside our control


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
