What purity level do your products have?
All Apex Labs products are independently tested to confirm 99%+ purity. Each batch undergoes third-party analytical testing before release. The Certificate of Analysis for every batch is available.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by an independent laboratory confirming the identity and purity of a compound. At Apex Labs our product is tested by Freedom Diagnostics before it is listed for sale.
What does "for research use only" mean?
All products sold by Apex Labs are intended exclusively for laboratory research and educational purposes. They are not approved for human or animal use. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are acquiring these products solely for legitimate research purposes in a controlled setting.
How should products be stored?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds should be kept refrigerated or stored in a standard freezer, protected from light and moisture. Vials should remain sealed and away from humidity and direct sunlight. Under proper storage conditions, stability is maintained for 24+ months. What are your shipping times?
Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on weekdays may ship the same day.

Free standard shipping on orders over $250. All orders ship from Dallas, Texas.
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our research products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors. Reshipments are evaluated only for verified fulfillment errors or shipping damage. Please contact Apexlabsresearch@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation. If a product fails to meet our 99%+ purity standard, a refund will be processed. Approved refunds are issued back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect on your bank statement.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Lyophilized compounds stored refrigerated or frozen have a shelf life of 24+ months under proper conditions. Once a vial has been prepared for use, it should be used promptly and kept refrigerated. Specific shelf life details are listed on each product’s COA and product page.
